Stress during an exam

 A dream comes true when a student preparing for an exam gets the desired result. Whether it is competitive or academic, exam environment fill our heart with hope for outstanding  result and  better future. Exam not only needs hard work but also a proper strategy and positive attitude. 

Exam is meant to check our calibre which is reflected in our report card. A poor report card reflect poor learning of a student. But it is not a permanent card it can be change by  changing our way of learning. 

Sometimes we are not able to get the desired result because of our stress during the exam. Impatient mind and body snatch away opportunity.Stress is a mental disturbance which  affects our ability to do work. If we do a work with stressful mind then our success rate will be low.








What is the best way to overcome from stress? Answer lies in you. Just think for a while. Did you get your answer? Whenever we get an opportunity to prove ourself then we should approach it through positive attitude.Believe yourself that you can do it. If your willpower is strong and you are confident then no one can stop you from achieving your goals.

Depression: An enemy of healthy life

 Depression is a word which is present in everyone's dictionary but its actual nature is known to only expert. This is our common enemy which has taken away our  peaceful life. It is not age or gender specific. Even a happy and smiley face may suffer from depression though they appear to be happy. 

We think  it to be normal when we become sad but when the state of unhappiness remains for a long time then it is an indication that depression has enter our life like a virus. We know it very well that a viral disease can become fatal when we don't cure it.






Depression is a mental disease which impact our progress and development. We feel sorrow and become restless and  we waste our precious time by locking ourself in isolation. 

We are social birds where people interact with each other to refresh mind. It is very important for us to keep in touch with friends, relatives and family members because they  act as a booster during our hardship days and Motivate us to keep going.

Life is a beautiful flower which blossoms by spraying water of kindness, love, sympathy and honesty and depression takes away this beauty by snatching peace and happiness.

So we should not let our this enemy to destroy our mental health. Don't hesitate to share your distress, tension, sadness with parents, siblings, cousins, psychiatrist, relatives and friends.

It is rightly said that a healthy body resides in a healthy  mind which can be achieved when our willpower is strong enough to shake the roots of problems.

How to keep yourself motivated

What is motivation?
A very simple question which can be answered by anyone. But we have to dig deeper to understand its actual meaning. When we were child then we use to enjoy every moment of our life  except studies (not for bright students) .But as we grow up, studies become part of our daily life and still we are taking it forward to improve our lifestyle. Is it enough? If we are doing an activity without interest then it will become tough for us to do the same work again and again. It is our interest which gives fuel to our talent which then ultimately motivate us to keep going .So we can say that motivation is a thought which comes from interest which in turn comes from happiness. How can we become happy ?Again a very simple question  but it can influence our thoughts and change our  personality. In todays world living happily is a key challenge because the definition of happiness is changing with our lifestyle.



 Happiness is not something which you earn after a long period rather it is every moment of your life which  you enjoy everyday.It cannot be denied that people want to earn surplus money with name and fame and for this they work from down to dusk. Then even after achieving all these we are facing crisis of happy life. Why? Because we do not care for haves, we are chasing for which we have not.
